Artist's CommentsI originally visited ~AttempteStock looking for birdcage references, but came across cello stock instead.. my mother told me to paint it, so I did. The inspiration for the colours comes from a manipulation of the same stock done by ~DyingLaughter. Acrylic on canvas. 37x37cm (cropped the photo slightly). There's a lot more texture than you can see here. The details were a little hard to paint on the bumpy canvas, but I like the effect. |
